Summer Programs
Our 2-week summer program takes our hands-on approach to discovery and learning outdoors. We keep them learning and exploring during the first two weeks in June.
Extended Care
Before and after school extended care programs are available for all enrolled students. Drop off as early as 8:00 am and pick up as late as 5:00 pm. Bussing and extended care options are also available for older siblings attending Sycamore or Indian Hill schools.

What is the biggest advantage of Montessori schooling?

How long should I keep my child in a Montessori school?

We recommend at least two years. We offer classes up to the third grade. We find that even great school districts cannot provide the level of attention and success we can.

Math skills are important. How do you help children excel?

We use a structured approach that children can literally hold on to. We use beads and other items that children can move and group to solve math problems. These tools help children see (and hold) the math concepts we teach.

When will my child learn to read?
-
We don’t know the exact day, but usually early. We begin by placing our youngest students in classes in which the older students are already reading. It’s a natural lure for the young ones. Mastery develops from phonetics to secret sounds to words to sentences. It goes so smoothly that students tend to exhibit a sudden “explosion into spelling and reading!” It leaves our young students and their families beaming with pride.
